Brunch Yambol is a fast-food restaurant located in the city of Yambol. The place offers a variety of hot and cold drinks, salads, sandwiches, and desserts.
The restaurant is situated near several schools and is frequently visited by many students, teachers, and parents. In addition to on-site purchases, Brunch Yambol also delivers food within the city and nearby villages.
Brunch Yambol approached us with a request to build a mobile application for food ordering. The restaurant’s proximity to several schools creates organizational challenges for the staff due to the large influx of customers at the same time during most of the school year.
The mobile application developed for Brunch Yambol needed to help them better plan and organize orders placed during students’ breaks to improve service quality.
In addition to ordering for pickup on-site, the application also had to support delivery orders within Yambol and the nearby villages.
Our goal was to create a modern and functional mobile application, following the specifications provided by the client.
Our team aimed to get as close as possible to the client's vision. The purpose of the application was to increase customer satisfaction with the Brunch Yambol brand and help the restaurant staff better organize their workflow, allowing students and teachers to receive fresh and warm food and drinks without having to waste their break standing in line.
During the project development, we made sure the client stayed closely involved in the creation of the mobile application. We held regular meetings to discuss the details of the application and the functionalities it needed to support.
Our designer created the product screens following the guidelines provided by the client. Since the main users of the application were expected to be students, the design needed to be colorful and playful to attract and keep their attention.
Once the design was approved, the actual development of the product began.
